L'Embarcadère is :

Three rooms and plenty of other spaces to suit all purposes, including a large 120m² reception room with a view over the Sarthe; a 100m² soundproofed dance hall with sound system included and a 100m² room for a vin d'honneur or children's meals. A large, fully-equipped kitchen is available for organising your meals.
A host of additional services are available on request, including a bar with a beer tapping machine.

Upstairs accommodation for 74 people (25 rooms with en suite facilities): over 1000m² of living space at your disposal.

Outdoor areas (courtyard side) with picnic tables; access to the banks of the Sarthe just a few metres from the gîte.
