The quiet and well exposed terrace offers a pleasant view on the garden where it is good to rest or play petanque. Mountain bikes are available to ride along the beautiful paths of the bocage from the gite. Ping-pong table and archery target on request. Hiking on site. The beaches are 1 hour away (Granville or the landing beaches). The Mont Saint Michel is one hour away.

The gite is attached to the owners' house with an independent entrance and a garden not overlooked. The first floor includes a pleasant living room with a fitted kitchen with dining area opening onto a living room with armchairs, sofa and pellet stove. The first floor has 3 independent bedrooms: a double bedroom (2 beds 90cm), a double bedroom (1 bed 160cm) and a double bedroom (1 bed 160cm). The separate toilets and the shower room with Italian shower are on the first floor. The enclosed garden with trees is 600m². The private terrace faces south. Electric gate, parking in the property. Sheets, towels and cleaning included. Private washing machine and dryer in the owners' garage (access from outside). Non-smoking gite
