Yoga face à l'Océan avec Voyage Inside

Voyage Inside offers yoga classes with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the lawns of the Biarritz Lighthouse. Come and experience an open-air yoga practice, lulled by the gentle sound of the waves and guided by an experienced and caring teacher!
During the summer, group classes of all levels and styles (Gentle Yoga, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga?) are held almost every day in the calm and freshness of the morning.
The rest of the year, yoga sessions facing the ocean are organized on request, whether for a private yoga class or for events such as EVJF in Biarritz.
Yoga mats can be provided, and a fallback solution is offered in case of rain.
