La Lézardière

The gîte La Lézardière, ideally situated between the Dordogne and Gironde vineyards, will seduce you with its character, charm and location in the heart of a very quiet village.
It comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, lounge with fireplace. On the ground floor, a bright and spacious bedroom (20 m²) with 1 x 160cm bed, shower room and toilet. Upstairs, an equally well-appointed 2nd bedroom (22 m²) features a double bed (140cm) and a convertible sofa.
An outdoor dining area is also available.
You will also have access to the swimming pool (11 x 5m, secured by a fence) with time slots.
Situated in the heart of the village of Saint Martin de Gurson, you'll have easy access on foot to basic amenities (grocery store and bakery), and be just 5 minutes from Lac de Gurson, a lake with supervised swimming in summer.
