Self-guided tour with leaflet. The current building dates back to the 12th century, with three bays and a comb bell tower replaced in the 19th century. In the 15th century, an additional bay and a Gothic choir were added.
The present building dates from the twelfth century for three bays and a bell tower with comb replaced in the ninth century. In the 15th century, an additional bay and a Gothic choir were built. The archbishops of Bourges, lords of Naves since 1160, probably participated in its construction, which would have been on the site of a previous place of worship. The doorposts are decorated at their upper ends by two children’s heads in impost, whose combed hairstyle is characteristic of the twelfth/ thirteenth century. The flat tympanum that was painted, is surmounted by seven archivolts, making it a complete or perfect porch in religious symbolism. This building adjoins a landscaped cemetery. The walkways are grassy and lined with over 300 roses.
