Gîte du Logis de la Roche (G 277)
Description
Just 15 minutes from Niort and 25 minutes from the Marais Poitevin, this self-contained gîte has been converted into an 18th-century outbuilding of the Logis de la Roche guest house. The 300m² enclosed courtyard of the logis is paved and flower-filled, with garden furniture and a heated indoor swimming pool (8X4m, depth 0.90 to 1.40m, open from April to October, 10am to 8pm (single-family use, organized by schedule, access by 1-hour intervals), bordered by Romanesque cloister arches, shared with the chambres d'hôtes. Parking in front of the gîte. Bicycle shed.
First floor: kitchen-living room (40m², fireplace), Vintage ambiance. Attic floor: landing (6m²-children's play area, 1 children's extra bed (90 x 200 cm), folding bed available, Bedroom 1 (11m²-1 bed 160X200 cm with dressing room).
