The Canoe & Kayak Club in Ancerville-Bar-le-Duc is located on the banks of the River Marne in the hamlet of "La Pointerie". The setting is delightfully rustic. There is a large cark park and a picnic area. The club has been given "Point-Canoë-Nature" status by the Fédération Française de Canoë-Kayak, which means that it can cater for tourists looking for something that little bit different, discovering something new and enjoying the peace and quiet in the countryside. There is another base in Bar-le-Duc.
