Maison d'hôtes La Bien Aimée

Hélène and Frédéric offer you a 50 m² family suite and a 17 m² double room, colourfully decorated to reflect their passion for plants, 150 m from the River Evre.

The "La forêt" suite is a reference to a novel by Julien Gracq, a writer born in Saint-Florent le Vieil. It comprises two bedrooms and a sleeping area, and can accommodate five people. There are 2 queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm, separable) and a single bed (80 x 200 cm).

Your hosts have chosen natural materials for the bed linen, such as linen or cotton. The mattresses are made from latex and bamboo fibre, and the pillows are made from goose down or recycled hollow fibre.
Each room has a courtesy tray with kettle, tea, coffee and herbal teas.
The bathroom has a large shower, two washbasins, a towel rail and hairdryer, a changing table and a baby bath. You'll find certified organic hygiene products from the local Coslys brand.
The toilets are independent.
The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and/or cupboards, as well as an air-cooling fan.

Children are welcome: a cot, changing mat, high chair and bath are available.

The double room "le rocher" has outside access and a private terrace. You'll find a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom (bath, washbasin, wc, towel dryer and hairdryer). As in the suite, you'll find Coslys shower gel.
Bed linen is linen, cotton or hemp.
A courtesy tray welcomes you with tea, coffee and herbal tea.

The breakfast room, with its sitting area and fireplace, is a communal area accessible to all guests. A child's high chair is available.
You will find books on the region and board games for young and old, walking maps and various tourist information on the region and its places of interest.

To allow everyone to live at their own pace, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, kettle and toaster). Jars of local produce and drinks are available on a self-service basis.
You can also take advantage of the gas barbecue in the garden.

Creative workshops (sketching and floral art) are available from April 2026.

Breakfast and Wi-Fi are provided.
One canoe per room is available for hire on site.

Maison la Bien-Aimée is the starting point for your walks, and for discovering numerous tourist sites, châteaux, parks and gardens, or pretty fishing villages.
The guest house is located 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 20 minutes from Ancenis, Cholet and Clisson, 40 minutes from the Puy du Fou, and 45 minutes from Nantes and Angers.
