Enjoy absolute peace and quiet in this comfortable gîte, located on a hiking trail, just 10 minutes by car from the shops. It's the perfect base from which to explore the treasures of Périgord: 20 min from Périgueux and Bourdeilles, 30 min from Brantôme or Etang de la Jemaye, and a little further from Le Bugue, Les Eyzies or Sarlat.
The accommodation comprises a bedroom with 160x190 bed, a modern bathroom with large shower, a cosy living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and freezer, as well as Wi-Fi and TV.
Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with pergola, barbecue, garden furniture, swing and deckchairs for relaxing moments. Baby equipment available on request.
