Biscuiterie Besnard, Eclat de Loire

Travelling, yes, but certainly not on an empty stomach! Fortunately, Romain Besnard, former owner of the Boulangerie Pâtisserie in Montsoreau, has thought of the demanding palates of travellers, and has skilfully crafted "The sweet speciality of the banks of the Loire", with local flavours.
Delighted by the popularity of the cake, we opened our new Biscuiterie in April 2024.
L'Éclat de Loire® is a fondant almond biscuit with Original Combier® orange liqueur. This "travel cake" keeps its softness for over 4 weeks!
The scent that emanates from this mouth-watering biscuit is due to the emblematic orange liqueur that has made the reputation of the Distillerie Combier in Saumur since 1834...
