Mélaric was born of a shared passion for making precise, lively, easily digestible wines with a unique personality, reflecting their roots and the vintage.
Grapes are the very essence of wine. That's why we focus our energy and efforts on the vine, in particular through organic and biodynamic growing methods. Respect for the grape and respect for the wine... in the cellar, we simply accompany the wines through long ageing in our chalk cellars.
