Le gîte de la Jaillette

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the River Oudon. The area is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open to visitors). Restored by the owner using the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.), it comprises a living room with kitchen area (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the wood-wool insulated attic. The house opens onto a private garden with furniture (table, chairs) and parasol.
This is a small house that offers every comfort in a rustic style (tiled floor, exposed beams, wood-burning stove to heat the whole...). A staircase leads to a small 16 m2 bedroom in the attic.
The double bed can be split in two.
The house and garden are independent. It is possible to park your car or put your bicycles under cover. Secure, personal Wi-Fi access is available and can be disconnected on request.
