Le Garage, Bistrot vigneron
Description
Emmanuelle and Fabien, winegrowers based in Chacé in the heart of the Saumur-Champigny region, have opened Le Garage, a restaurant and wine bar where you can discover their production as well as a selection of organic Loire wines.
In a vintage atmosphere, as well as the wines, you can enjoy dishes concocted on the premises using organic and local produce. Their aim is to work exclusively with small local producers.
