In Perche, farm cottage located between the forest of Bellême and the forest of Perseigne. In the surrounding area: the village of La Perrière, numerous hiking trails, the Golf de Bellême, La Chapelle Montligeon, the Mamers lake.
Independent house dating from 1850 near the owners. Ground floor: kitchen area, living room (insert fireplace, stereo), 1 bedroom (double bed), bathroom, WC, laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Floor: landing (single bed), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (double bed, single bed) and 2nd landing with 1 sofa bed (extra bed) , shower room and WC. Baby bed available. Electric heating. Terrace, detached garden with indoor heated swimming pool, closed from the end of October until March 1st. Ping pong table. Possibility of renting the cottage without the swimming pool service at a lower rate (on request). Supplement of €25 per additional person.
