In the heart of Biarritz's Halles district, CAPS opened its doors in early July as Biarritz's 1st artisanal beer cellar and bar.
Enjoy our delicious breakfasts every morning, and continuous service of homemade local tapas at lunchtime and into the evening.
The menu includes croque-monsieur with organic farmhouse bread, sharing boards and hot dogs.
Over sixty craft beers to taste on site or take away.
