Ideally located, you are 12km from the Base de Loisirs de l'Isle-Jourdain (swimming, wakeboarding, canoeing, water ski lift, fitness trail, beach volleyball, pétanque...), 17km from the Plaisance-du-Touch Zoo and the Samatan market (local produce: foie gras, duck confit...) and 40km from Toulouse city centre!

Accommodation on two levels:
- ground floor: dining room, lounge/library area, "Toulouse-Lautrec" bedroom with private terrace (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm), "Arcachon" bedroom with disabled access (1 double bed 160cm), "Toulouse" bedroom (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm), each with en-suite shower room and separate WC (in the shower room for "Arcachon").
- First floor: "Venise" room with sloping ceilings (1 canopied 140cm double bed + 1 90cm single bed + bathroom, shower and WC).
