La Roche sur Yon offers a wide range of activities, including a free-fall simulator at the airport (2.5 km), the Potager Extraordinaire (4.8 km) and, of course, the town centre and the Haras de la Vendée stud farm (7.5 km). If you want to go further afield, you can slide down the slides at O'Gliss Park (37 km), take a trip around the Mervent forest (46 km), explore the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne (48 km) and visit Puy du Fou (51 km).
Situated in the countryside, this house has a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility, comprising a living room/lounge/kitchen, two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (adapted for PRM) and the other with a double bed (adapted for PRM), a shower room/WC (adapted for PRM) and a laundry room. The living room opens onto the centrepiece of this gîte: a large air-conditioned relaxation area with a 6-seater spa and sauna, opening onto the terrace, and also providing access to a second shower room and separate WC. Upstairs (with a slight sloping ceiling), you'll find a new lounge area, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and 3 with a double bed), a shower room and a separate WC. Outside, you'll enjoy 500m² of grounds with a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). There are farms (livestock and crops) around 1 km from the accommodation.
