The house comprises, on the ground floor :
- a fully equipped kitchen (11m2): fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Senséo coffee machine...induction and gas hobs. Table and chairs.
- a living/dining room (24m2): a table and 8 chairs, a sofa that converts into a 120cm double bed (with mattress available for greater comfort), a coffee table and a TV.
- a utility room with storage space, sink, washing machine (drying rack, basket and clothes pegs).
First floor
- a staircase protected by a wicket door on the way up and a children's barrier on the way down if required.
- a separate toilet
- a shower room with walk-in shower (140*90), 2 basins, plenty of storage space, a towel dryer and towel rails.
- a master bedroom (13 m2) with a 160cm double bed and 3 storage units.
- a second bedroom (12m2) with a double bed (120cm) and 2 bunk beds (90x190cm) and 1 storage unit.

Outside, there is
- an entrance door with a sliding opening: a driveway with space for several cars.
- At the front of the house: a terrace with garden furniture seating 8 and 4 deckchairs on a small sandy area with a large parasol that can be rotated 360°.
- a lean-to for storing bicycles or other items... with a washing line.
- At the back of the house: a dining area with a fully covered pergola on top, with mosquito nets on the sides and two electric mosquito grills. Two large adjoining tables with 8 chairs and a bar area that doubles as a summer kitchen with gas barbecue.

The house is equipped with wifi and orange TV. The house is very bright. Board games available.
