The Barrois quarry ponds in Freyming-Merlebach: an atypical fishing environment!

Fish varieties: pike, perch, roach, tench, mirror carp and even carp weighing over 10 kg!
Only "no kill" fishing is authorized (all year round, during the day, according to the prefectoral decrees in force), for which you must remember to remove the barb from your hook.
You must, however, be in possession of a fishing permit.
These are issued by the Community Tourist Office in Hombourg-Haut, Schwartz-Delesse in Freyming-Merlebach and Pacific Pêche in Forbach.
