- Middle floor: 1 large bedroom with 140cm bed, small lounge, shower room, WC, table soccer, TV, office.
Garden, terrace, 4m x 2m swimming pool, barbecue, deckchairs, hammock etc...
Unobstructed view, very quiet location.
As access to the garden and outdoor facilities is via 2 staircases, we restrict access to minors only. For parking, the Médiathèque parking lot is 50m from the property.
