Overlooking the Saint Priest Taurion valley, the estate boasts uninterrupted views. The gîte is housed in an old outbuilding with its back to the main house, in the middle of a park planted with century-old trees. It has completely independent access and opens onto a terrace and lawn that are not overlooked. A superb coniferous tree marks the arrival, and a 7X4 swimming pool, heated from May 15 to September 30 depending on weather conditions, is exclusively reserved for the gîte. Situated between Saint Leonard de Noblat and Limoges, the site is ideal for visits, hikes and sporting or cultural activities.
