This gîte is ideally located on the outskirts of Laval, a stone's throw from Louverné (3.5km) and the Ecologia site (Natur'eau parc).
This stone house has been simply and tastefully renovated. You'll enjoy a comfortable, vintage, light-filled house with a small terrace overlooking the garden and a lovely view of the small pond in bloom.
The house is on one level, with access via a gently sloping ramp. Only the mezzanine bedroom is upstairs.
Professional stay: this gîte has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the mezzanine, each with a 140*190 bed. An extra 90*190 bed can be used occasionally. This gîte is equipped with WIFI and TV.
La Chapelle-Anthenaise, in the heart of the department, is ideally situated for exploring the Mayenne.
You'll find all the shops you need in Louverné (mini-market and small shops), as well as the village restaurant and bread shop.
If you don't have a car, you can use public transport by taking the TULIB (about 1 hour to Louverné then Laval).
