The L'Orée du Bois Gaubau guest rooms combine the charm of stone and wood for a restful stay in our warm and welcoming room-apartments. They also feature an outdoor Nordic bath, so you can recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. Total capacity for up to 8 people.

Each room is individually decorated. All have direct access from outside, and a private terrace with garden furniture.
In addition, each room or suite has a kitchenette with sink/fridge/microwave/coffee maker and kettle.

The wooden furnishings are unique and made to measure by the owner, Nicolas, a professional woodworker. Living room tables, bedside tables, door handles... and the Nordic bath: some beautiful creations to discover. You'll feel like you're immersed in a "natural" atmosphere .... with all the modern comforts! Wooden games, also homemade by the owner, can be loaned to enhance your stay.

The outside area offers plenty of space. Patricia and Nicolas have laid out a path through the woodland on the property. You can take a twenty-minute walk directly from your room.
There's also a campfire area for cosy evenings in close proximity to nature. In the surrounding area, there are many walks and cycle rides to enjoy, as well as numerous visits within a radius of a few kilometres: troglodyte sites, the Bioparc, rose gardens, châteaux, visits to wine estates, etc. Patricia will be able to advise you according to your tastes.

Breakfast is brought to your room, carefully prepared with local and homemade products (bread, pancakes, jams, freshly squeezed fruit juice....).
Also worth knowing: Patricia, who has extensive experience in catering, offers a range of options if you don't want to go out again: evening meals, picnic baskets. Home-cooked meals using fresh seasonal produce. Don't forget to book!

Room "Orée 1", 28 m², overlooks the woods and has 2 terraces, facing west and south. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. It comprises a large living room with dining area / kitchenette / lounge / double bed; shower room; separate WC.

The "Orée 2" room, 32 m², is also designed for 1 or 2 people with 1 terrace. It comprises a large living room with dining area / kitchenette / lounge / double bed; shower room; separate WC.

The 51 m² apartment-style "Orée 3" suite is designed for 2 to 4 people. It comprises a large living/dining room with kitchenette area opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a shower room with shower, separate WC and a TV lounge area.
