The Historial du paysan soldat, located in Fleuriel, at the heart of the Allier department, between Saint-Pourçain and Chantelle, is a museum displays the peasant world during the Great War.
The Historial du paysan soldat is located in an old Bourbonnaise farm at the heart of the picturesque village of Fleuriel. Labelled by the Mission Centenaire, the historial is a unique museographical place dedicated to the relations between the rural world and the Great War, especially in the Bourbonnais territory. The musuem presents two permanent exhibitions and two temporary ones displaying objects, archives, photographs and new technologies.
