Gîte de la Duranderie - 10 personnes

The Duranderie gîtes are the charming result of the renovation of an old barn dating back to 1870. It has been transformed into two comfortable gîtes:

Gite for 10 people :

Ideally located, only 10 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou park, 1h10 from the Vendée beaches ???? (Sables d'Olonne) and the Marais Poitevin. In the heart of the Vendée bocage, you'll enjoy an environment that's ideal for hiking and nature walks ???????.
Accommodation
On the ground floor (90 m²), you'll be greeted by a vast, light-filled living room with a TV and table football, where you can relax and have a good laugh. The pellet-burning stove provides gentle warmth for cosy evenings by the fire. The large dining room invites you to share a delicious meal, while the fully-equipped kitchen will delight food lovers: large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee maker, plus all the crockery and cutlery you need. A shower room with double washbasin, WC and washing machine completes this level.

Upstairs (50 m²), four cosy bedrooms provide a haven of peace for up to 10 people. A second shower room with single washbasin and WC allows everyone to prepare comfortably for the day or relax after a day of adventure.

Dive into the pleasure of a swimming pool heated to 28°C, open from April to November ????. Whether it's a morning dip in the gentle spring sunshine, a refreshing dip in the summer or a few lengths in the warm autumn colours, this area invites you to relax and feel good.
For safety reasons, the pool is open from 10am until dusk (the pool area is not lit).

Free parking is available on the street in front of the property.
There is also an electric car charging point just 200 m away.
