The 22m² living room has a kitchen with microwave, gas cooker, oven/fridge, freezer/washing machine and a dining area.

The adjoining games room, with a BZ 160×200 bed for grouped gîtes, is equipped with an arcade terminal and an air hockey game.

In the living room, a children's play area with television has been set up between the two upstairs bedrooms for a moment with family or friends. A 160×200 BZ is available for rental in the group gîtes.
