Outside, there is a private tarmac terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), one hectare of shared wooded grounds, and a shared swimming pool (5 x 11 m), covered and heated, open from May to September.
The property is 1.9 km from the market town of Bazoges-en-Pareds and its keep, 4.8 km from the Majopolis horse-riding club, 53 km from the heart of the Marais Poitevin and 71 km from La Rochelle. A poultry farm is located opposite the gîte.
