In the heart of the village of L’Epine, a 5-minute walk from Saint Jean beach and a 10-minute walk from the village centre, we welcome you to our spacious family home.

​The property comprises our house, as well as a superb self-catering cottage on the ground floor and two guest rooms (one of which is wheelchair-accessible), each with its own private terrace.

​Our villa invites you to relax and offers the perfect setting for rest and escape, whether you’re travelling alone or as a couple, in a peaceful and charming spot in the shade of the pine trees…

​Attentive to your needs, in the spirit of a guest house, we’ll look after you throughout your stay with care and simplicity.

​Our aim is to help you discover Noirmoutier at your own pace.

This 42 m² accommodation comprises:
- A living area (lounge and kitchen) fully equipped with a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, hoover and iron.
- One bedroom – 140 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cot.
- One bathroom – walk-in shower, hairdryer, washing machine.
- A separate toilet.
- A private terrace – garden furniture, sun loungers and a Weber barbecue.

Please note, to make your stay easier:
Beds made on arrival.
Bathroom towels and tea towels provided.
Toiletries provided: shampoo, shower gel.
Coffee, tea and sugar available, plus cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.).

The property must be left clean and tidy.

Bookings of a minimum of 2 nights are possible outside school holidays.
The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
