Relax in this small village house, renovated and decorated by L' Atelier déco du bord du Loir, in a peaceful setting on the banks of the Loir with access for lovely walks or fishing.

The house comprises a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. The floor has been left in the old style with old terracotta tiles from Les Rairies. There is a bathroom with shower and WC, and a large bedroom upstairs with parquet flooring and a double bed and 1 single bed.

There is outside access with a summer kitchen and garden table.

Near the Durtal campsite, along the river Loir, there are many tourist attractions on offer: Durtal castle, Angers and Saumur. La Flèche Zoo, Doué la Fontaine Zoo, Terra Botanica, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, vineyards in the Saumur and Layon regions, dance halls around fifteen kilometres away...
