Welcome to our family home. Situated in the heart of the Haut Anjou region, in a peaceful setting in the middle of a racehorse breeding farm, this accommodation adjoining our main home will enable you to recharge your batteries as a family or with friends in a peaceful setting far from the noise of the big towns.
You can spend a weekend or a week here. A former feudal motte (built in the 15th century), the part in which you will be staying has been completely renovated.
There are two hectares of grounds for walking. Close to Sablé sur Sarthe (30 min) and Angers (45 min) railway stations.
The village of Champigné, 5 km away, offers all basic services: chemist, tobacconist, U Express, medical centre, florist, pizzeria, post office, bakery, garage, hairdresser, etc. For meals outside the gîte, there are numerous restaurants, taverns and crêperies within a 15 km radius.
Access for travellers
The ground floor suite can accommodate a person with reduced mobility. A small step (less than 10 centimetres) gives access to the accommodation.
The 145m² ground-floor suite comprises a large 43m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge and all the small appliances you need to prepare delicious meals); a master suite with a double bed (160x200); a separate WC and a1 utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with a double bed (160x200), one of which has a shower; a work/bedroom area (Ethernet socket with additional computer screen), a pull-out bed (180x200); a dormitory with 3 single beds (2 of which are bunk beds) and a bunk bed for a baby (crèche bed) 120x60; a shower, a bathroom with double washbasin and bath and separate WC.
