Gîte Les Rosiers

Just a stone’s throw from the Galloires vineyard, renowned for its varied and unique range of wines, this charming holiday cottage for two offers a lush, green setting for a stay on the banks of the Loire between Ancenis and Nantes.
Surrounded by vineyards, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy walking, cycling or even wine tastings whilst staying in this fully equipped cottage.

This bright, single-storey cottage features a living area with a lounge corner (a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for two further guests and a TV) and a dining area opening onto a fully fitted kitchen (two induction hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave…), a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an extra single bed (90), and a bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower.
Outside, in the shade of the wisteria, enjoy the pergola with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and a gas plancha. The tree-lined garden is the perfect spot to relax and admire the magnificent rose bushes.

On site, a shared laundry room with the neighbouring guest room provides access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Secure bike storage is available on site.

On request, the owner can prepare a delicious and hearty breakfast (supplement of €7 per person): hot drink, yoghurt, fruit juice, homemade cakes and fruit from the garden.
