Even if it does not yet resemble a forest (its full maturity will arrive in 10 years) these 8,000 m² already produce an abundance of vegetables, fruits and edible flowers, mushrooms and honey. The semi-buried bioclimatic greenhouse attached to the processing laboratory and the shop were designed with maximum autonomy (solar panels and rainwater collector). Charlotte will be able to show you her setting and taste her jams, fruit juices and dried plants.
