La Magnanerie, cottage with full comfort, is situated in an old farm and offer calm and panoramic view on hills. The farm has 2 locations and the house of the house.
Living room-lounge area, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, central heating: heating package (€35/week). Wifi in the gîte.

Large shared terrace around the swimming pool (10 x 5). Flowered courtyard, shaded terrace, shared swimming pool with the Lavande gîte and the owner.

All shops in Villeneuve de Berg, 3 km. Access by dirt road for 1.5 km. Ponies and horses on site. Wireless.
