Description
15 minutes south of Limoges, close to the village of Solignac, famous for its abbey and the Briance river, Leygat overlooks the valley. An old barn has been renovated into a house and two independent gîtes. They are surrounded by 8 hectares of private landscaped parkland, with 4 km of footpaths extending off-road to Solignac (1 km). A heated swimming pool (12 x 6 m), open from June to September depending on weather conditions, is shared between each home. Large 74 m² games room with fireplace. Shelter for bikes and motorcycles, parking. Adult and children's bikes available. Swing, boules pitch, table tennis, table soccer.
