The « Chalet de Beauregard » a high-altitude inn, offers mountain cuisine infused with the flavours of Ariège.
Set off on a gustatory journey lost in the heart of the mountains. The only sound you'll hear is that of nature surrounding you throughout your meal. Mountain cuisine with a Couserannaise flavour, prepared using local produce and a short supply chain.
