Located in La Bresse, just 1.2 km from the centre, this 75 m² flat welcomes you for a stay in the heart of the Hautes-Vosges. The house, built in the 1970s by Alice Laurent Ruth (1911-1996), a local figure involved in Bresse life, has been passed down through the generations before being converted into a holiday rental, while retaining its family spirit and roots in the area. On the ground floor of the house, the flat has a sunny 20 m² south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying convivial moments outdoors, in a peaceful setting while remaining close to shops and restaurants. The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and a cot, the other with a 140 cm double bed. The bright living room has a sofa bed, a dining area and a lounge with a fireplace, television and Bluetooth speaker. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue sets. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Amenities also include a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A complete baby pack is available (cot, high chair, bath, changing mat, potty). Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden, an electric plancha grill and storage space for skis and bicycles in the garage. The apartment also comes with a private parking space and sledges. This house, a family heirloom passed down from generation to generation, combines comfort, authenticity and local history for a mountain holiday with family or friends.
