The Church of Our Lady of the Nativity

Built in the early 18th century, the church is in the Baroque and Neoclassical styles. It was constructed and decorated thanks to donations from emigrants from the village who had made their fortunes in trade abroad—peddlers or itinerant merchants.
Inside, Baroque paintings, altarpieces, and the rood beam contrast with the building’s austere exterior.
