Château de Baffy

Our magnificent Château du Baffy is ideally located in the traditional Norman village of Colombiers-sur-Seulles, between Bayeux and Caen, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Courseulles and 5 km from the Normandy D-Day Landing Beaches and the village of Creully, where the château served as the BBC's communications centre during the Second World War. You'll be able to relax in our lounge, which opens out onto a sunny terrace and wooded garden. All our comfortable rooms feature a bathroom, and we also offer function rooms for your meetings or weddings. The Château is made up of two buildings – the second is the Villa Mathilde, with its own dining room and interior courtyard. In June 2025, on the occasion of the commemoration of 6 June, we opened the Woodland village, consisting of 11 bungalows offering new possibilities for quiet outdoor accommodation along the river Seulles.
