CHALET PENE NERE - L'ETAPE ASPETOISE

Cosy, warm atmosphere for this carefully renovated chalet located between Aspet and Arbas (4-star furnished holiday accommodation).
At the foot of the central Pyrenees and in the heart of the Comminges, l'étape Aspétoise welcomes you for a peaceful stay in the heart of nature at an altitude of 600 metres.


Surrounded by one hectare of fully enclosed grounds, the chalet, which sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is accessed by an outside staircase and comprises:
- An entrance hall with cupboards
- A large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, etc.
- a dining area
- A lounge with sofa bed (140cm), TV and connected speaker system
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be brought together to form a single bed (180cm)
- A bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine
- A balcony
- A private terrace with dining area, garden furniture and barbecue available.
- Secure storage for bikes, skis and fishing gear.
Covered parking and a covered area with table tennis and table football.

The chalet is adjoining the owners' home, but your privacy will be preserved thanks to the owners' discretion, its separate entrance and its private, unoverlooked terrace.
To help you make the most of your stay, we offer a range of services (to be booked at least 48 hours in advance):
- Pick up your shopping at the Leclerc Estancarbon drive the day before your arrival. You order and pay online directly at the hypermarket and I will collect them and put them away in your gîte.
- I'll look after your dog if you're planning an activity and he can't come with you.
- Feeling hungry? There are various options to take away or enjoy in your chalet: breakfast, snacks, picnic baskets, raclette, aperitif platters, desserts and drinks.

Reservations are for a minimum of 2 nights from September to June and a minimum of 4 nights in July and August.
