Located near the village of Sauzé-Vaussais, in the south of the Pays Mellois, our gîte is ideally situated in Deux-Sèvres, close to Charente-Maritime, on the border of the Charente and Vienne departments, and their rich and varied tourist attractions (Futuroscope, La Rochelle, the Atlantic coast, the Marais Poitevin, etc.).
Sleeping up to 4 people, this fully-equipped 90 m² house is set in greenery. It has a south-facing courtyard and a 400 m² garden, with uninterrupted views over the countryside.
