Located in the Béarn region, to the east of Pau to be precise, the Villa Navarre hotel-restaurant enjoys the peace and quiet of the countryside, while benefiting from the advantages of the city. The restaurant was built between 1865 and 1870 by Auguste Guillemin. It is one of the last remaining examples of the villas inherited from the English town of Pau.
The south-facing dining room of Maison Ruffet welcomes you with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The chef, renowned for his gastronomic awards, revisits the cuisine of the Béarn region, giving pride of place to local produce. He has been awarded a Michelin star.
