Marcos, originally from Patagonia, has a passion for mountain biking and has fallen in love with the Comminges region. Discover his adopted Pyrenees on a mountain bike near Aspet and Arbas.

Marcos is an MCF qualified instructor-guide. In the heart of the Pyrenees, in Haute-Garonne near Aspet, Marcos is waiting to accompany you on your cross-country or enduro mountain bike outings. From the plains to the foothills of the Pyrenees, you'll explore an exceptional environment on a wide variety of trails, from simple discovery outings to perfecting your downhill skills. Marcos loves to share his passion for mountain biking and will pay particular attention to the level of each rider, whether a beginner or an experienced rider.

Family mountain biking in the Pyrenean Piedmont

Duration 3 hours, from €50 per person.
A pleasant and sporty ride to discover the area around Aspet on beautiful signposted trails.
Prerequisites: age: 8 years minimum, comfortable on a bike.
Equipment required: sports shoes and clothing, small rucksack with water, windbreaker.
Equipment provided: semi-rigid mountain bike and helmet

Introduction to enduro mountain biking

3 hours, from €50 per person.
This outing is aimed at riders who are already into mountain biking and who want to improve their skills with some good advice on riding, braking and handling to tackle downhill slopes, giving priority to uphill riding, so as to get the most out of the downhill.
Pre-requisites: mountain biking (balance skills as you progress).
Equipment required: full-face or enduro helmet (removable chin strap), back protection (stone guard), small rucksack with water.

Enduro + MTB outing in the Arbas Valley

Duration 3 hours, from €50 per person.
An advanced enduro session for mountain bikers who want to improve their downhill skills. Marcos will start by analysing your ride to target and improve your technique.
This outing takes place in the Arbas-Aspet sector.
This outing may involve taking the Navette de pleine nature (summer season). Price of the shuttle: 2€ per mountain bike (not included in the price of the outing, to be paid in cash to the driver).

Kids mountain bike courses

From 8 to 12 years, over 2 half-days, from €120 per person.
Prerequisites: comfortable on a mountain bike.
Equipment required: sports shoes and clothing, windbreaker, small backpack with water, helmet (with chin strap strongly recommended), back protection, knee pads, elbows and gloves, as well as a suitable mountain bike.
Lessons take place on two consecutive afternoons (Monday-Tuesday or Thursday-Friday) during school holidays. Marcos, the instructor-guide, will offer progressive sessions, adapted to the age and level of the children, so that they can progress in the mountain bike discipline and accompany mum and dad!

Teen mountain biking courses

From 13 to 17 years old, over 2 half-days, from €120 per person.
Prerequisites: comfortable on a mountain bike
Equipment required: sports shoes and clothing, windbreaker, small rucksack with water, helmet (with chin strap strongly recommended), back protection, knee pads, elbow pads and gloves, as well as a suitable mountain bike.
The sessions are aimed at children who already have a confirmed level of mountain biking, as well as teenagers who are already mountain bikers but would like to discover enduro mountain biking. But also those who want to improve their riding and handling skills. Marcos, the instructor-guide, enriches the sessions with exercises adapted to the needs of each participant and puts them into practice.
