Henri welcomes you to his Coffee Muxu in the Grand Bayonne district. A unique, tasty and authentic place, inspired by his many travels around the world and drawing its inspiration from the heart of the Basque Country.
Come and discover our specialty coffees, fresh fruit juices, brunch dishes and 100% homemade cakes!
You'll find the Coffee Shop classics revisited with a Basque twist, using products carefully selected from the farmers, market-gardeners and peasants of the Basque Country. Most of the ingredients are organically grown, selected and lovingly cooked on site. On Egin! (bon appétit!)
