This very spacious gîte, due to open in autumn 2023, has just been completely restored and superbly fitted out. It's the perfect place for a family get-together in typical Saumur surroundings, in the heart of the tufa rock.
Large living room on the ground floor, with dining area, lounge and billiards area, as well as a master bedroom with en suite shower room. Additional bathroom with spa bath and shower. Separate WC.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a mezzanine with a bench (convertible into 2 single beds) and a games area.
Outside, as soon as the weather is fine, you'll be able to take advantage of the mild Anjou climate and the pleasantly landscaped grounds: garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, terrace and garden. The gîte is close to 2 cycle routes linked to the Loire à Vélo. You can store your bikes in one of the troglodytic caves in the garden. It's a wonderful experience to be had here, in the heart of the region's heritage, for a very special holiday. You'll be able to make the most of this rental property and visit many of the sites in the surrounding area, including Doué-en-Anjou and Saumur, as well as enjoying the châteaux and boat trips on the Loire... ideally situated between Angers and Tours, in the heart of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Nature Park.
