Charming 60 m² tufa house for 2 people in the heart of Montsoreau, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" on the banks of the Loire. Beautifully decorated interior and lovely views from the terraced garden.

After climbing the few steps leading up to the front door, you'll discover the pleasant living room. The kitchen opens onto the lounge area.
The bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room with washbasin. The WC is separate.
You can relax or enjoy a meal on the superb terrace... with a view over the Loire! This is furnished with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers.
Separate laundry room with washing machine (shared with the neighbouring flat, "Rêve de Pêcheur", sleeps 4).
Wonderful location for exploring this "Petite Cité de Caractère" on foot, with its troglodyte caves, Loire river and vineyards. Hiking and cycling trails directly accessible from the accommodation, the Loire just a short walk away...
All amenities in the village (shops, restaurants, spa, beauty salon, clothes and decoration boutiques, hairdresser, wine-tasting cellars, etc.). And if you're keen on antiques and decoration, you'll be delighted to chat with your hosts, who are experts in the field. They will also be able to advise you on all the best places to visit in the region.
