Ground floor: entrance, large 32 m2 living room with large sofa, sofa-bed and table soccer, bathroom with washing machine + separate toilet. On the other side, dining room with wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen and double bedroom with en-suite shower room (+wc).
Upstairs, a double bedroom (2 x 90cm beds) and a library/recreation area with a convertible sofa. This room communicates with a "dormitory" area with 3 90cm beds. Finally, a double bedroom with private shower room and toilet.
Electric heating. Beds made up on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Housework included.
