Just 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion, in the small village of Puisseguin, discover Château Fleur de Roques: an estate housing a 16th-century château, hotel and restaurant.
The wine estate has 4 hectares of vines and produces 3 three wines from the following grape varieties: Merlot, Sauvignon and Chardonnay. This clay-limestone terroir is cultivated without the use of herbicides or synthetic pesticides.
A tour of the estate will take you to the monolithic cellars located 7 metres beneath the Château. These are now used to age the wines, which are harvested by hand before being matured in barrels.
Joseph Sublett, the owner, will be delighted to share his passion for his vines and his wine with you!
