Château Bel-Air Delage

Meet Christophe on this very old property (1868), bought in 2017 by the Delage vineyard, and let him tell you the history of the estate since the major restructuring works both in the vineyard and on the buildings and equipment. During the visit, you will discover the sophisticated facilities such as the high-tech wine storehouse, the effluent treatment plant or the equipped workshop, before tasting the wines in the large tasting room. This is an opportunity for you to ask Christophe about his desire to always improve the quality of the wine thanks to a careful work of the vines (grassing, controlled soil work, reduction of treatments,...) and a 9 months maturing in barrels which gives birth to the "grains de terroir" cuvée composed of 5 grape varieties, always extremely appreciated.
