Just 11km from Muret and 20km from the Toulouse metropolitan area, easily accessible via the ring road, this gîte is ideal for a discovery holiday or business trip. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of a residential area, you can make the most of the terrace reserved for you (enclosed garden). Located on the ground floor of the owner's house, you will nevertheless be completely independent. Parking available in the communal area behind the house. Only one pet allowed.

The small commune of Pins-Justaret is very close to the Parc du Confluent Garonne-Ariège (protected natural area) and the Via Garona, a hiking trail following the course of the Garonne river. A wide range of sporting and cultural activities are available within a 20km radius: the Aqualudia swimming pool and water games complex in Muret, golf in Vieille-Toulouse, canoeing and kayaking in Venerque, and Toulouse, its museums and events (Cité de l'espace, Halle de la Machine, Envol des Pionniers, etc.).

The flat is on one level: entrance, living room with sitting area (convertible to a 140cm double bed) and dining room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 x 90cm single bed, 1 x 140cm double bed), shower room, WC with washbasin.
