Depending on the products on the market, our Chef gives free rein to his inspiration to awaken your taste buds, giving pride of place to the products of the sea. It is at the auction of Fécamp that the Chef buys live the best fish and crustaceans : monkfish, turbot, cake, lobster, cockles, sea urchins, scallops ... Of all these riches of the ocean, it draws its inspiration and expresses the very essence of Normandy.

Here everything is homemade: butter bread, sauce bottoms, fruits, vegetables, aromatic herbs and edible flowers are grown around our home and also in our vegetable garden, for dishes with tastes. authentic and generous.
